“no towel served in the room unless giving a call. not refilling shower gel. counter services is less than expectation, no body comes out while many people queuing.”

“The staff at the reception have always been friendly & helpful The service in the restaurant is avarage. I often had the impression, that some of the waiters are daydreaming. There was NO hot water available in room 110. I only came to know that at 4 in the morning while showering. There was not enough light at the main exit of the hotel. I had to step out in the darkness, to get in to my taxi. Saving energy, does not mean to turn off lights,at the main entrance / exit, just because……

“很不错的酒店，应该有五星标准，新酒店，就在gemany bakery 旁边，服务也不错，早餐还可以，可惜没看到游泳池，也没来得及在周边戈雷岗公园跑个步。周边无意找到一家中国餐馆，很棒，比在德里与孟买吃的都好，也不贵，叫sizzling china,在north main road上，值得推荐。”

“hotel well located near the center of Pune and Ok for the price but only for 1 night. It was noisy during the night due to other guests and I couldn't sleep well”

“Decent place. Interiors are very outdated. The room walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor watching TV loudly late at night. However, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They were able to resolve the issue. Good stay for a decent price.”

“I booked it because it looked close on the map to Osho international center. But it turned out to be a bit further in distance from Osho and the rate is relatively bit higher.”

“I visited Pune for two days and stayed at St Laurn, however the condition of the property, the cleanliness was just horrible. The upholstery in the room was dirty and stained, looked like it was at least 10 years old. The washrooms were stained and dirty, there was water leakages. I would not stay at this hotel even if they offered free rooms. ”
