“Hotel rooms are much smaller compared to their regular hotels considering its a "express" hotel. Is good for 1 person to max 2 people. Overall Check in time was too much and it was frustrating. Apparently the check in process is very slow. The check in time was 3pm still the room wasn't ready so even after completing the check in formalities at front desk/ check in counter, still had to wait for 20-25 mins before I could go to the room as it was getting ready. “The staff were v attentive and helpful. Esp happy with Indrajit. The only negative was the fact that they on Sundays they do not have any a l carte restaurant service - we had to have an expensive buffet which we were to tired to do any justice to. ”

“Very nice small resort. We stayed in the old chalets and they were ok all though a bit worn particularly the bathroom. If you prefer the modern and new alternative book that. What particularly made our stay special was Mr Bishnu narayan padhee who took very good care of us in the restaurant. Always there to help and offering nothing but the best of service. “The hotel staff is highly unaccommodating and unfriendly. They lack basic common sense and logical reasoning. The customer experience as a result of hotel staffs in sensitivity is horrendous. If they continue in this fashion, I don’t see this hotel has a future in the next few years, we had a horrible, horrible check-in experienceand the hotel staff just lacks empathy and basic understanding of hotel management. ”

“Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels.”
