“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Given the high price we paid, the room was unexpectedly small and lacked comfort. After a long day of travel, we were shocked to find that room service was unavailable after 11:00 PM, which was extremely inconvenient. I had a European guest with me, and he was also dissatisfied with the service. The breakfast options were quite limited, and overall, the hospitality did not meet expectations. “This property is located in shaken MIDC - mostly surrounded by small shops and some slums. Hotel Room itself was good except it was not having refrigerator as it was out of service. Hotel staff was good and co-operative. Hotel basement area is not clean & smelly with food which needs a lot of improvement. Hotel car parking also needs to be clean and hygiene.”

“I have not been to many properties in Matheran, but I would say this is an ideal property for a fun vacation it is located over from the hustle and bustle of the city and you feel like you’re in the quiet hills cottage. The property is old, but very well preserved and staff is very courteous and very helpful. It is just an amazing fun to sit in the morning or in the evening at the swing and listen to the birds chirping. Even if you don’t stay here, you should come here to eat the lunch or……

“Pool was well maintained & activities for crowd were good. The rooms are spacious but the bathroom ceiling leaked, bath tube didn't work, AC functionality was pathetic at times. Food was ok however, more variety can be added to the same.”
