“Was beautiful and comfy”

“Room was lovely. Coffee pot cracked they replaced it right away. Bed was one of the most comfortable ive ever slept on. Very friendly staff. The only issue was our room was right directly over the lobby, they played music all night long very loud it was instrumental nice music but too loud. There was a speaker outside which made it louder for us right above them. I called the front desk at 1 am no one answered. I had trouble sleeping all night. I was very very unhappy I had N early morning……

“We were unfortunately in a car accident that totaled our truck and upon arrival had learned we were randomly selected for a room upgrade, I have never been more thankful, appreciated and appreciative of the amazing staff, facility and room! We were decompressed in the gorgeous ambassadors suite in the tub and on the balcony. It was a dream come true for a young couple who were on their way to Friendsgiving on a weekend away from our 3 year old! Thank you so very much for the experience and we……
