“It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. ”

“This is the 4th time I've stayed at an Inn Season resort in Falmouth. There are 3 properties available and they are all quite nice. This visit was at Captains Quarters overlooking Heights Beach. It was a winter weekend with a steady fall of very fine snow. The accommodations are always spot on. It was picturesque and a perfect weekend getaway to relax and unwind. ”

“Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host.”

“Solo weekend retreat at this idyllic 8-acre Christmas tree farm was quiet and a nice re-set / nod to simpler times. Visited in January and it snowed while I was touring the farm! Perfect set-up for one person or a couple. Would actually move in permanently - it was that lovely! Location is right near four corners/groundswell, so you are equal parts secluded and connected to local shops/cafes. There were even goats, one of which I nicknamed Tom Brady. “This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. “The rooms are clean and have plenty of room to stay with a pet. The staff was friendly and greeted my dog warmly. There is a $100 fee for a pet stay, which is understandable, but it would be nice if all or part could be refunded if there is no damage to the room. There is a good walking area around the hotel, but there are too many inconsiderate pet owners who do not clean up after their dogs & it does not seem like the hotel has anyone do it either.”
