“Great property. Everything is clean and modern. Front desk staff was great. And a big shout out to the hard working lady who did the complimentary breakfast. She was really nice to everyone, and she was zooming around working really hard. I'd definitely reccomend this place and will stay there again the next time were in New Bedford!”

“i live in falmouth but often come to the vineyard to see friends and get “away”, discovered this hotel and stayed for one night! the location is unbeatable. it is a bit tucked away which i liked but also in the middle of everything. the door codes were very convenient and modern. i didn’t mind that there wasn’t a desk person on site per say; common of boutique hotels! it was the weekend of july 4th so i knew the area would be insane, although my only gripe was that from midnight to 3am there was……

“Perfect inn for exploring Oak Bluffs ! Owners are so lovely and make sure you have everything you need for adventures .. water , maps, umbrellas, beach chairs, recommendations, luggage storage .. even beach towels and phone chargers! Can’t wait to come back next year to our cottage room with a gorgeous ocean balcony !”

“Charming place. Young ladies at check-in were delightful. Our kids made special plans to have an anniversary basket delivered to our room, and that was executed in the nicest way. Also, due to my mobility issues, they relocated us to a lower floor which was appreciated. ”

Pity, pity, pity~

"The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the light either! We pay more for a water view room, but end up had no view and no good sleep! Pleople who works in the bar restaurant are really friendly, but the environment is filthy! A lot feathers came out of decoration pillows! Not very comfortable visually! "
