“We stayed over the Fourth of July weekend to celebrate my niece’s 29th birthday, and the house was absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood felt very safe, which we appreciated since we had children with us. The home featured several high-end, smart appliances, which made things convenient.However, there were some issues. Towels weren’t placed in the bathrooms or bedrooms—we had to search the basement laundry room to find them. There also seemed to be no pest control done at all, as we encountered……

“Cerro Vista is the perfect place to host a multi-generational family gathering! We celebrated our 40th anniversary and had our 3 adult children and their families (total of 13) stay with us here for a week. Our objective was to spend time together without having to go anywhere to entertain the 5 grandchildren (ages 6mo - 8). This was definitely the right place.There was enough space that we could have multiple small gatherings going on at the same time ... billiards, ping pong, card game,……

“Beautiful setting. Enjoyed fireflies sunset! Nice secluded location for privacy but also host was nearby if we needed anything. Close to wonderful restaurants and attractions. Hosts are very friendly and left eggs bread OJ and butter in fridge. ”

“We had a wonderful weekend with our kids and my sister’s family and my dad. The kids loved the pool which was clean and well stocked with pool floaties. The teens and even the adults loved the arcade room and that kept them busy for hours. The kitchen was well-stocked with all that we needed to make meals for our group for the weekend. We also enjoyed that each bed had different firmness levels so we could choose our preferred softness. Quiet neighborhood that is close to restaurants and grocery……

“The home is stunning and well suited for multiple couples/families. We gathered in Rockford for a funeral and had cousins and family from out of state. We had a meaningful time and the home is absolutely beautiful and well suited for gathering of people to talk and play games. And have breakfast coffee together. Definitely on the ‘stay again’ list thank you, Todd PS: the teen boys loved the arcade room and the rest of us loved the showers - nice renovation touch, very European ”

“We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and arcade. Because they were in proximity, we spent a lot of time on that level. This is a split level house, so be prepared to do some stairs! Some things are a bit dated, but so user friendly and the owners were very responsive.”
