“The place exceeded my and my family's expectations, a very cozy place, clean, tidy, with all the comforts. We felt at home. We would return. Teresa was an excellent host, she left us a welcome letter, a property manual, suggestions for restaurants and activities nearby, a very quiet neighborhood. I only recommend putting salt on the entrance stairs to prevent snow accumulation and avoid an accident. For everything else. Wonderful experience”

“This is a nice condo with lots of room a well stocked kitchen. I have rented numerous properties over the years and without a doubt, I have never had an owner as organized as Kenneth. The condo is located in Incline Village, as good a starting point as any for your Tahoe adventures. If you have access to a vehicle, there are lots of things within an hour. I would stay here again. ”

“Booked this VRBO in September for December stay. Tried to communicate with owner prior to arriving for weeks. Three days before our trip they did not ever get back to us with info on how to access the property. Contacted VRBO to ask for refund to book something else they wouldn’t help until 3:30 on day of check in . Then they refunded and we cancelled our Christmas trip . They still list this property so they are participating in this fraudulent listing”

“The bed wasn't great and the place had no A/C, so in the summer I wouldn't want to stay for more than a night, but the grounds were lovely with a cute little waterfall right outside the front door. Check-in was a breeze (no idea why other reviewers complained about that). Room was warm overnight, even with the patio door open, but the grounds were very quiet so sleeping with the patio door open wasn't a problem. “宽敞舒适，房间很大，有客厅、厨房、浴室也很大，环境美，安静。对于对于三五好友想好好聊聊天，自己做做美食，到小镇上走走，了解一下摩门教徒建起内华达州第一间酒吧，至今人们仍在酒吧聊天喝酒，很有意思。在这里可以打乒乓球、烧烤、在草地上打网球、泡温泉（可惜我们住宿期间温泉设施翻修，少了这个重要环节）这里只有一间歺馆，每周只开四、五、六、日，没有早歺，所以最好自己料理一日三歺，不然要开车十几分钟去找吃的。”
