“This property was just as comfortable and clean as described. The kitchen was perfect for baking birthday cupcakes with my granddaughter. The house was well-appointed and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom towels were soft and thirsty. Ram was just great. We arrived after 11 pm and was very responsive to my text asking for help with the entry system. (User error :) We will be back!”

“Thank you for making this excellent, well maintained & appointed home available. Far enough to escape traffic with a quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything else in the Incline area. We enjoyed the deck & BBQ. The shower downstairs was excellent. The kitchen has everything you would want to cook gormet meals. Comfortable furniture. Beds were not to firm but could use a pillow top if your a side sleeper. We would highly recommend this home to anyone & will return there ourselves in the……

“Family wedding in Genoa. Needed lots of space to get everyone dressed and pressed! Grandbabies got to make s'mores every night. The kitchen was perfect to fit everyone around the island to cook and prep. I left some huge cookware but im sure it will be there when we return to Reno for another family event! “The property is perched on a hillside with a view of the lake and surrounding woods! Gorgeous! We had our privacy which is important to us. Our family enjoyed the ping pong and pool table! The Jacuzzi was clean and located on the back balcony, which is ideal. The master bathroom has a steam shower, absolutely wonderful. The house does have minor repairs that are needed that would enhance the stay. The house is located near Incline Village and a 13 min drive to Sand Harbor beach. Unfortunately……

“Our family of 4 adults stayed here for two nights. We used the fully-equipped kitchen (minus a potato masher, and then we accidentally left our potatoes in a bottom drawer.....), grilled on the balcony, and also ate dinner and brunch on the balcony right on the beach. We were there in mid-October and it felt peaceful, quiet, and private, which we loved. Throughout the house there were cute curiosities that added a lot of character. Great sleeping in the master bedroom with the window open,……

“Easy to find and access. Check-in instructions were helpful. Place was great location for access to Incline Village (especially grocery store) and places like Kings Beach, Sand Harbor, and hiking off Mt. Rose Highway. The hot tub was appreciated after physical activities for sure. We had a few summer storms so did not use the BBQ or fire pit, maybe next time!! I didn't need to reach out to hosts much because we were pretty set, but my one or two messages were responded to immediately. I'd……

“Very clean. Excellent location. Played golf three days and all courses were within 25 minutes. Great golfing in the area. Lots of things available within walking distance.”
