“Stayed here 2 nights, Friday & Saturday for a softball tournament...to Golden Eagle fields, its a quick 25 minute drive down 80....you might 2nd guess yourself finding this place for the 1st time...its almost like My Tri Suites is nestled in a quarry....its not a super big hotel but it is new and met our needs...ample parking all around it....rooms were very clean...very modern looking...our room was on the 1st floor and you could hear the movements above (but its like this every)...if i could……

“Family wedding in Genoa. Needed lots of space to get everyone dressed and pressed! Grandbabies got to make s'mores every night. The kitchen was perfect to fit everyone around the island to cook and prep. I left some huge cookware but im sure it will be there when we return to Reno for another family event! Thank you to Victoria for being so helpful! Anither perfect weekend!”

“So fun to stay in the Red Caboose!! Very comfortable. Loved all the little touches inside. So much to look at. I enjoyed waving to the Virginia &Truckee Train as it went by. The main part of town was easy walking distance (some hills) and had a fabulous breakfast at Crazy Calamities. Sitting out in the gazebo was relaxing and I was happy to have several deer walk past!”

“Our email confirmation guided us to the property. We showed up to the door and I opened up my app inbox to get entry instructions. That was when I saw my inbox message that it had been double booked. To their partial credit, the message was sent 6 days prior. However, I hadn’t been prompted to check my inbox. The property manager was apologetic in the message and asked me to cancel the booking. Obviously I didn’t cancel the booking (didn’t see the message) and no effort was made to follow up……

"The room was clean and the inn was very peaceful and quiet, but there were problems with the furniture and a weird smell when me and my family entered the room. The water in the shower was taking a long time to drain, the mirror was cracked, there were stains on the curtains, and pieces of the table were chipped off. Breakfast was also plain and they did not have many options to choose from. "
