“Our family of 4 came for 4 days to do some hiking and exploring in Shanendoah.The house is on the river, so peaceful and quiet. We LOVED the firepit. It was great for family time. ”

“Beautiful home with serene views of the river, very quiet and peaceful. River access was easy with stairs right to it and TWO decks over looking. The screen porch is an added bonus with hot tub. Plenty of towels, washing clothes provided. Check in was very easy & communication was great! The pup enjoyed it as much as we did, the weather was very hot (recird breaking) the window units kept up the best they could to keep us cooled. “We enjoyed our weekend at this property. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Beautiful acreage surrounding the home. Location was great for exploring Shenandoah, Luray, etc. Friendly host was an excellent communicator. Of note, in June there were lots and lots of flies and other insects around so I wouldn’t recommend a rural stay if that would be bothersome. ”

We all had plenty of room both inside and outside and the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for comfortably while being away from home. The kids spent all of their time in the pool, while the adults had a great space in the outside area to enjoy late evenings. ”

“Our family of nine had loads of fun in Massanutten. We planned on two more family members but my grandson got very sick so he and his mother weren't able to join us. The house is spacious, clean, very well supplied and perfect for a large group. There are lots of activities close by. We toured Luray caverns, hiked, went to an escape room, went swimming in the community pool, rode go carts and my son had fun mountain biking. Our group played lots of games around the large table.
