“We had a short, but great stay at the Inn on the Avenue. The check-in was easy, location is great, and the host were super friendly. Unfortunately we had to leave very early in the AM, so we missed breakfast. However, we plan to return when we have a bit more time.”

They catered to my food allergies, and were eager to accommodate. Our room "The Henry" was spacious and the bed was SO comfortable that I did not want to wake up! This home is located on a street lined with idyllic Victorian estates and overlooks the beautiful river. The grounds were quite spacious……

“This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water. ”

“We have stayed at White Orchid Inn and Spa five times. It is laid back, with a fresh and clean aesthetic. Heather the innkeeper is ever present. Happy Hour is a good way for guests to meet and converse. We make it a point to use at least one of the Spa features...which are very good. The room we always request has been updated...a nice surprise. We look forward to returning. ”
