What's nearby:
This condo is just steps from the World's Most Famous Beach and with a short walk south down to the boardwalk you'll find many restaurants, gift shops, and the Joyland Amusement Center. Directly across the street is Daytona Lagoon, a family-friendly water park with go carts, a rock wall, and a miniature golf course. Just a quick six mile drive across the bridge to the mainland will land you at the Daytona International Speedway - home of NASCAR's Daytona 500 where you can take a tour around the track and visit the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America.

Weekend Spring Break

There was documentation about this should be a 5 star stay. This was far from it. The hotel itself was fine. Vacasa would not let us check in early even though the reception said it was ready. The bathtub in the master was missing drywall, 2 rooms were part of this reservation and did not have a working ice machine. Sliding glass door did not have a lock. There was no bathroom soap or washing products. We have stayed at this hotel using VRBO and this was the worst room.

Please update your address and directions. There is no exit 261 off I95. There is no 350 N Atlantic. Took a couple hours just to find the condo. Once located it was an excellent stay and now that I actually know where it is located I will be back.

Awesome room

I stayed here with my husband, 3 kids, my mom, my sister and her daughter. There was so much room that we all felt comfortable. Two bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens. Washer and dryer, plus they have beach stuff you can borrow. It had everything we needed!

Enjoyed ourselves! The condo itself was in need of some repairs, as a panel was missing in front of the jacuzzi, some of the outlets weren’t working, and some other small things. Probably time to update the property and replace the carpet, but the location and host support were excellent.

Worst stay I can remember

My son booked this condo through vrbo which was connected to vacasa rentals. My son is 20 years old. Upon arrival I was told we couldn’t check in because my son isn’t 21. I was told to call vacasa to have them change the reservation to my name. I spent over an hour and a half on the phone with various vacasa reps only to be told they were still working on it. Finally a hotel employee came to me to say they made a mistake, that you can be 18 to rent the property. A terrible stressful waste of time to start our stay. Once in the property there were no beach towels. Attempted to call and leave a message as well as text the phone number provided by the owner for any issues numerous times with no response. I was even provided the email of northeast Florida vacasa general manager with no response. I received a text from vacasa asking how our stay was. I told them about the beach towels. They said to get them from front desk. Front desk told us only owners could get towels. The hotel and vacasa gave me the worst run around I’ve ever gotten. Terrible experience and I will avoid vacasa and this rental in the future.

Overall great place and location.

Overall great place to stay. There is a ramp to get down to the beach. Lots of shopping and food in walking distance. If you go to the south tower 4th floor you can get to sloppy joes, bubbly gumps without leaving the resort. There are no ice machines on site. There’s a Starbucks onsite. The room has lots of space, the master is huge. Extra bonus is there’s two washers and dryers. Two doors to enter and exit from. We will book this room again. You will check in at the front desk. They give you a band to wear the whole trip this gets you in and out of the whole place including the garage. Trash are on each floor. There are no vending machines on site.

Perfect spot

Beautiful home. Has everything you need. Pwrfect location. The only issues were that the balcony was dirty along with the sliding door track. The remote in the master bedroom didn't work and the jacuzzi tub drips constantly. I would definitely stay here again.

Fourth trip, first time a room was disappointing. Love Daytona.

Property is poorly maintained. Three doors would not lock, one was the balcony others were bathroom. Two door handles broken off. Mold in bathroom, rust on and under "fridge. Cracks in wall and baseboard of front room, adjacent to two doors that did not fit right in frames, structural integrity? Dishwasher seal broken and wet floor. Front TV not working.

Perfect Spot

The condo was nice and clean, with plenty of room for the family. The location was awesome with outstanding views and the activities at the resort were nice. The only glitches were remote for the tv in the living room would not work, a small ceiling crack in the living room, one closet where beach gear was located had a knob missing, and water condensation on the floor in front of the washer in the hallway leading to the master bedroom. We contacted the front desk and they said we had to contact the owner to resolve this. The issues were small and we notified the owner on departer.

Great Stay

We were there for only a couple of days, but the stay was nice. The property was located in a great area that allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. The kids enjoyed the arcade and mini golf and the adults enjoyed the beach and Starbucks! Would love to visit again to stay for longer.
