“This property had hurricane damage. This property was not supposed to be rented out per an inspector that came to our room to check moisture levels. The property showed signs of flooding damage; bathroom door swelled would not close, bathroom drawers and cabinet smelled of mold/mildew, drawers showed signs of mold already developing, bottom kitchenette cabinets smelled of mold/mildew. Tile floor grout was filthy in all of unit. I requested a full refund but was denied. Told I didn’t communicate……

“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“The house and weather were perfect for the weekend trip with our dog.It's located in a quiet area with nice neighbors. The king bed was really comfortable, and the fenced in backyard is private and nicely furnished for relaxing. Wish we could've stayed longer.”

“Very Clean with lots of room. Great location!”

“Our family stayed here for Daytona 400 race. Thought it was whole house but ended up being upstairs I guess I would say apartment. But was very big perfectly spaced for families. It was clean and location is pretty much exactly the way it described. Beach access was under construction but other entrances was only about a block.”

“Property was great. Just as described. Didn't need anything from property management while we were there. They were great at sending all the info we needed in advance. ”

“Stayed here to visit my sisters who spend the winter in Florida. The house had everything we needed and was spotless. We liked it very much. Close to the adorable downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. Will return.”

“We had a family reunion and had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals for 14-20 people. The view was spectacular. There’s some external repairs going on but inside the house was impecable. The beds were all nicely decorated and ver comfortable. Will likely try to return every year. ”

“pictures on-line don't do it justice. it's larger than it appears on-line and renovated. yes, it has a nice washer/dryer but may want to change the opening picture on the ad. Host was EXCELLENT to work with. Neighborhood seemed safe. FHP next door! Just two negatives, need more drinking glasses and a few more bath towels. We did not report to HOST to resolve because neither a big deal for us. Backyard and front porch were nice to hang out. Very clean. Will stay again for sure.”

“When we arrived, we were thrilled to find a very clean, well- stocked, and organized property. It was simply but beautifully decorated, and had a booklet clearly explaining expectations (very few) , along with facts about the area, things to see, places to eat, and instructions for checking out. It’s located on a beautiful lake, with a patio that overlooks the lake. The street in front is very busy but doesn’t distract from the comfort of our visit. Is very close to route 4 that heads towards……

“Ocean Walk is in an excellent location… There was some construction around the pool but that just means they were making improvements… The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed… A list of how to leave the unit and access to the Wi-Fi would’ve been helpful… Overall stay we will return to this area again ”

“We enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach home. It was very roomy and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the latest appliances and plenty of dishes for the whole family. The outside is beautifully landscaped with plenty of seating. Everything is conveniently located close by such as grocery shopping and restaurants. The beach is a short walk or drive with minimal traffic. ”
