“We had the best time! The home is exactly as described, very clean, and literally everything we needed! The owner thought of everything! We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift basket that immediately made us feel right at home! The pool & Hot Tub are amazing and those sunsets are spectacular! We got to watch the dolphins play one morning while lounging in the pool! This home is very pet friendly, there is even a cabinet with Doggy supplies making it so comfortable having our pup with us!……

“We enjoyed our weekend at your lovely pool home and hope to do it again whenever we're in town visiting family.Having spent the previous 20 years in local hotels whenever we came in to town, I can't believe we didn't look at this option decades ago. Thanks again and we will see you again soon!”

“We had this vacation planned out for several weeks. We where celebrating my brothers Sobriety of ONE full year. We pulled our 26 foot boat and bikes down there knowing there was 2 acres and bike trails leading to blue springs. We where 30 mins out and the host (Angela) canceled our stay leaving 8 of us with out a place to stay. The only option was a hotel..... it ruined or vacation plans, and caused unnecessary stress. There reasoning for canceling was Due to "house rules" that they have to rent……

“This was FANTASTIC!!!! I can understand the other positive reviews now. Its not just being nice or hype. Some of us took the very short walk across South Atlantic Ave to the beach access walkway... I took the bike that was in the garage... and we drove our mobility challenged grandmother in the truck. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the homey feel of the house. The other renter out back was very nice and friendly. Its on our list for repeat.”

Although the building is under construction, I still believe we got the best experience we could. Be warned, parking as of writing this is first come, so we couldn’t park in the lot on 4th of July. “I’ve stayed here multiple times visiting my daughter at school and getting her moved in and out. What an amazing host and house. Nancy is on top of every detail, the house is always spotless and has everything you need. The lake was beautiful, we did some fishing and saw a big soft shell turtle swimming around the dock area. House has everything you need for a family trip. Kitchen is loaded with supplies so you can cook whatever you want. I will be back ”
