“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……

“This condo is centrally located in the heart of SH. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and overall very welcoming. It offered everything we needed. The communication with the host was outstanding. I’ve stayed at several locations in SH and this is by far my favorite. It’s perfect for 2 people. We can’t wait to return. Many thanks!! ”

“We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and wanted a place to get away and unwind. It was the perfect place for us and our dog. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was convenient to the places we wanted to visit. Jennifer was the best host, answering all of our questions promptly and giving us great tips on restaurants and beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again. “Apartment was really nice and clean. The check-in process was easy and it was nice having a locked parking lot. The owner was super responsive when we had an issue and even door-dashed us a replacement set of sheets. The building is nice and quiet, but the neighborhood was a bit up and coming. “We rented last summer and found the accommodations so perfect for our family of 10 that we rented again this year (June 20-23), and we will be booking again next summer for another long family week-end. There is plenty of space inside and out, a wonderful kitchen, newly renovated from last year, as well as comfortable beds, AC, ceiling fans in every bedroom and 2 spacious bathrooms, and 2 living room areas. Down town is a 2-3 block walk and the beach is about 10 min walk. We drive to the beach……

“This is an awesome place to stay if you are going to South Haven and St.Joe/Silver Beach. Kitchen had everything together on one shelf to make my coffee cake and all the dinnerware needed to serve it along with a nice size dining room table. Stocked with coffee and creamer for every morning which was amazing!! Dishwasher with soap provided. Also has a washer and dryer with detergent. The first thing my teens did though upon entering was to find the games and set up twister! Our highlight though……
