“Great place in downtown St. Joe”

“Me and my wife had a great time at the Nest. It was a great location and right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to the downtown area for shopping and local food places as well as out the back door to the Jazz Fest. The space was more than enough for us and was well kept. We didn’t want for anything. Very nice, neat and clean and super cozy. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves on our annual trip to South Haven. ”

“One of the cleanest and well appointed condos that I have ever been in. Great location and short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, parks and beaches. It was also a very quiet condo (once the nextdoor restaurant died down which was around 9:30 pm). Monica checked in with us upon arrival and departure. Would highly recommend. ”

“Very clean, nice breakfast. No hot tub and remote for tv didnt work. Otherwise good. Amazingly clean. ”

“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……

“The location of this property is perfect. It is a nice walk to town. The space was perfect for our family of 5. Everything you need is supplied. I would highly recommend this condo.”

“The condo was very clean and just the right size. The pool was very nice. The steep walk down to the lake was tough. The area is very quiet. Must drive 10-20 minutes for any shops, restaurants. If you want very quiet area this is your place. ”

“We loved the fact that we parked the car and went days without using it. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The loft had plenty of room for everyone. Lots of newer appliances and plenty of kitchen room. Great vacation! One important note--renters must be able to climb stairs. A narrow staircase with 18 stairs hauling up suitcases, cases of water, etc. It was great exercise but a bit daunting for anyone with mobility issues. ”
