“Great place but unfortunately we were waiting to have the entry figured out after midnight on Christmas Eve. I am sure this was a fluke and it will be ironed out soon. Would very much like to stay again.”

“We had six adults, and this condo was perfect. We walked everywhere in town, which was so convenient. We walked to the beach, Silver Beach Pizza, shopping, brunch, etc. We visited four wineries, all within 25 minutes of the condo. We love how clean the condo was, and how it was decorated. We spent the day Saturday watching college football in the living room, and it was perfect for us. We hope to stay here again. ”

“Nice condo. Large open area. Slow elevator in the bldg. beds were hard! Shower nozzle in one bath did not have a hook. Very modern and well stocked. Close to clementine’s. Walk to town was close, but uphill! ”

“Good location for where we wanted to be. Clean space. Front door was a bit sticky so hard to open. Could have used a few more towels in upstairs bathroom. Overall worked well. ”

“The listing shows two parking spots available but when we arrived a car was in the outside space. I reported it immediately but nothing was done. We were told to park on the other side of the fence. This meant we had to lug all our stuff around for our entire stay. My friend noticed that the sheet was put on upside down and when she removed the sheets at the end of the stay she found permanent stains that someone obviously was trying to cover. We did not have wash rags and towels were very thin.……

“2nd floor apt. Very spacious. Furniture is nice. Plenty of blankets, spices in cabinet. Keurig. More than enough space for me and my husband. We loved it. Ate across the street at 523 it was delicious. The music did not interrupt our sleep. Would definitely stay again . ”

“The location is amazing—a quick walk to campus, baseball, softball, lacrosse, or football fields! A convenience store is walking distance, as are several restaurants and The Linebacker Bar! There is also a really good smoothie shop. The room was recently remodeled and spacious. It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay and enjoy the town of South Bend! The beds were SUPER comfy!!! Doug was super responsive and available! We would stay again.”
