“Nice, simple spot for a weekend away”

“The house was great and well appointed! We had everything we needed. We especially loved the fire pit and ping pong table. It was the perfect size for a family of 6 plus one dog. The distance to Acadia was a bit longer than we expected -- only 25 miles or so but this translated to 45 mins to an hour - depending on the time of day. ”

The scenery is gorgeous from most of the rooms (if you are exploring the neighborhood please stay off the land across the street -it's private property!) The location was ~45 minutes from Acadia National Park and 10-15 minutes from Ellsworth. Check-in was easy and Jamie was a great host. ”

“Very quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a nice small beach. The home is comfortable and fully equipped with everything including paper goods and some spices and condiments. Great location with downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia Park entrances all nearby. You won't be disappointed; we would return in a heartbeat.”
