“The property in Surry was just perfect for our use. The property is one of 3 manufactured homes on this property. The rental was clean, comfortable and perfect for the two of us. It is located on a quiet road and very drivable to many sightseeing attractions in the immediate area, Acadia NP being one of them. The AC came in handy during our stay as the weather was warm. The basic kitchen was good for us as we ate out every night. The washer and dryer were a good perk also. Overall a very good……

“Chose glamping as a fun alternative to a hotel when in town for a concert. My daughter and her friends loved it (they are campers so en suite bathroom with screen did not bother them). Tent beds were so clean and comfy! We had rain, but cooked a big brunch in the outdoor kitchen. Hosts were wonderful and we had a great time! Would highly recommend!”

“The heron's nest was just what we were looking for, a quiet, comfortable cabin with a beautiful lake view. We will definitely stay here again when we get back to Maine.”

“Property was neat and clean. Provided with napkins tissues toiletries towels detergent basic kitchenette etc. it is located 10mins from Ellsworth and about 50 mins from acadia. Has bunk bed, small bed, futon and queen Size mattress. Has washer and dryer, which means reuse more and less to pack. It gets very dark in the night and can do star gazing. Overall worth it.”

“We really enjoyed our 4-night stay at Loon Song Cottage. The cottage has a screened front porch, which you don't see often in vacation rentals. “This is a traditional Maine "camp", so don't expect too much. The property was clean but small. The bathroom is very small, and if there were more than the four of us it wouldn't have been enough. But it is manageable for a week or two. The kitchen is just barely enough to cook basic meals. The kitchen has all of the basic cookware and dishes you will need. Thankfully there is a gas grill on the deck that can also be used to cook meals, and it has the added advantage of overlooking the……
