“This was our family’s first trip to Acadia, and this home offered a nice proximity to the park and Bar Harbor. It was a comfortable size for our family of four and a huge benefit that we could bring our dog at the last minute. “This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Cozy Cabin. I just wanted to get away for reading and accomplished my goal! I love that there isn’t a TV, but there is WiFi. The fridge is great capacity and the microwave and oven are perfect. There is a grocery store less than 15 minutes away if you’re like me and just want to stay in. Barbara and John leave a great welcome message. I’ll be staying here again when I want a quiet getaway! ”

“We loved this place. VERY clean and fresh. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. Easy check-in. Very secluded location so we didn't get any unwanted traffic. One bed on the main floor wasn't big enough for two of us, but there was another full-sized bed upstairs (and several single beds). This was a great place for a couple or a small family. We would stay here again without a doubt.”

“The house was very good for multi generation family gathering. Good size living room and very spacious dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. I chose this property for the lake views and the hot tub, and it was perfect for that! It was a cool, rainy weekend but we had plenty of space inside to gather.”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. We didn’t plan or pack for any rain but when it poured for a solid day, we were thankful for the cabin’s shelter and wifi and umbrella when we went out. Although we brought an infant and a 2.5yo, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property for such little/young kids unless you’re prepared for spotting them up and down the ladder.
