“Nice long weekend spent with a couple of ladies that have been friends for 40 years. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to enjoy the decks and outdoor seating, but the house was so comfortable and the views are so nice from those big windows in the living room, that we didn't care. The house was well stocked with towels and paper products. Loved the teas that were available and one of my friends appreciated the coffee beans. This is definitely a property that we will book again! ”

“This property was everything we needed for a trip to Chincoteague! The house was exactly as listed and the owner’s effective communication was top notch. The location of the house was great and we were easily able to come and go with ease. We saw the ponies , did a boat tour , found a great playground and basketball court and ate the best ice cream. Highly recommend!”

The rear porch was heavily utilized for morning coffee watching wildlife over the water (lots of birds, deer, and a visit from a muskrat) and evening relaxing. It's very close to the park and restaurants, and yet the neighborhood is very quiet and private, with great views of the marsh (we saw so many birds and deer from the house).
