“The Salty Sailor was an excellent, affordable, and pet friendly rental. Nice location on ridge rd next to Mr Baldys which is a must to try if you stay here. The rooms are a bit older but maintained well. I didn’t experience any of the conditions that were listed in the other reviews here. We would certainly stay here again.”

“My kids were going to be at their grandparents with their dad, so I decided to gift myself two nights in this little gem! It is little, but has everything you need! Bed is comfy (don't forget to bring your own sheets, etc & I brought a quilt, tho one was provided), bathroom is updated & clean, kitchen is small but appropriate (tiny sink is adorable). There's even a tiny grill outside that would be perfect for some charcoal-grilled burgers or veggies! I think my favorite tho was the spacious……

“This is the best way to do the beach! Comfortable, clean, spacious, well-stocked home in a beautiful area. Only 30 minutes to the beach, but you come home to solitude, peace, and gorgeous sunsets. Excellent communication. Highly recommend!”

“Property was great and it is very close to the beach area as well as the wild ponies. Walkable to all the coffee shops and ice cream. Only downside, if you cook there is nothing locally good to eat but won’t hold it against the area, just preference. People were great and coffee shops were great. ”
