The space was fairly small but it met our needs and has a nice waterfront porch. The listing mentioned there was laundry on site but it was not in the unit and I didn’t see any information given about where it was, but this wasn’t a problem for us. I’m sure if we asked, the representative would’ve told us how to access it if we had……

“We stayed here for several days during Pony Penning Week. The cottage is small, but cute, comfortable, and well appointed. We had a minor plumbing issue on day 2, and our host responded immediately and rectified the problem with no interruption to our plans. AC units in each room kept us cool, despite hot, muggy weather. You'll want bug spray; the mosquitoes are fierce at dawn and dusk. (The island is on a salt marsh after all.) The cottage location is convenient to plenty of restaurants, shops,……

Only issue- was another visitor with a child that "jumped" and "bumped" half the night.The maid was the best! Buy-to add-the mattress was way past replacement.”
