“This facility is fairly new so everything was very clean and in good working order. We drove over to El Paso for the long July 4th weekend to get together with friends and family. This place checked all of the boxes for us. A very convenient location for our activities, plus the bed and pillows were so comfy that the wife would go back just to get some rest! Great, friendly staff as well.”

“For a last minute room, the price was great. It was very convenient due to it being very close to the airport. It took me 5 minutes to get there, it was fantastic! The staff was very polite and welcoming. Also for a Best Western, it’s the best one I been to. Highly recommend and will be staying there again in the future ”

“Everything was great”

“We were greeted and assisted by the front desk personnel (Elise) - she also made sure if everything is good, however, we had a long drive from California, I was exhausted I forgot to reply back. Our suites were clean and ready. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Fridge and kitchen area very clean. Toilets and showers are properly working without pressure cloggeds, nor water drips or etc. Only situation happened, there was a drilling noise echoing nearby it sounded something was being fixed late……

“The room the hotel gave us was very noisy. When the upstairs people used water in my room, there was a very loud sound of running water coming from the pipes. My child was woken up several times a night. I reported the situation to the front desk and played the recording to them, but I didn't get any help and the front desk was very indifferent.”

“飯店住宿整體感覺都不錯，但是唯獨早餐服務感覺不太好，飯店免費供應早餐到九點，但其實在8:30的時候已經沒有鬆餅漿與燕麥粥，但仍然有非常多的住客來用餐，問服務人員結果他們說他們不會再補缺少的食物了！在美國旅行多年，住過不同的旅館但這是第一次看到有如此服務的飯店。所以晚來用餐的客人只能自認倒霉了～”

“The hotel was clean, the rooms had very cute kitchen set uos and the breakfast was good. The staff was excellent. They were friendly, helpful and kind. They were the Best part of the hotel. ”
