“The front desk worker was very kind and explained things well when I checked in. When I entered my room; it smelled heavily of “wet dog”. I let the front desk worker know, and he apologized profusely, and changed me over to a suite for no extra charge. (Granted, the hotel was fully booked the night before I got there, and the hotel was very dog-friendly). I stayed two nights.
