“Too noisy, can't sleep at all”

“To put it in a nutshell - Management needs to do better. They need to proper maintenance and proper cleaning. When you open the door to room and there are two big chunks of the carpet gone it most certainly does not start your stay off with a warm fuzzy feeling. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were both barely attached, sheets and mattress pads had stains and cigarette burns. Holes in the dust ruffle on the bed. The furniture, notably a bench had so many "stains" in the fabric that……

“It was a beautiful resort with a great view of the golf course and pool outside of our window in our room. The food was great and the casino a nice assortment of machines and table games.”
