“This house was just as described. The house is clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice and we used the fire pit one night. We had a little trouble initially using the keypad entry but the host responded immediately and was able to open it remotely. Would highly recommend this property for a quiet and remote experience. It’s about 15 minutes away from restaurants and shops. ”

“The property is well maintained and the owners are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of room for our family of 13. Lots of beds and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and love having 2 kitchens. All the boats for us to use was also a plus. The beach area for the little kids was ideal. We all had a wonderful experience and would gladly rent again.”

“This is our second stay at Barn Swallow and it met all our needs and more. Beautiful back yard with porch to sit in and watch the wildlife. Saw deer, turkey, blue birds, barn swallows, and hawks. Special this year was the sand hill cranes! Nice and spacious, wonderful kitchen, beautiful decor. Owners are very responsive to needs or concerns. We will be back!”

“Lovely home. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home and the quick responses to any questions we had. We were a little bummed that the main floor did not have air conditioning.However, they had a few fans going which helped with the circulation. The bedrooms are air conditioned and were quite comfortable. The lake is nice and the house sits on the quiet side of the lake. Thank you for allowing us into your home. We had a great time. ”
