“Hard to rate this because we didn't stay. We arrived at the location with zero information on check-in, other than the address. We reached out to the owner and heard nothing, and the voicemail was full and out texts went unanswered. The property had people going in and out of the main house, but no one came out to check with us. Reached out to VRBO customer service and they got us moved to another spot for our trip. Neighborhood was nice and seemed quiet. ”

“This place was perfect! Exactly as pictured - even better!! We stayed for a family wedding and could not be happier with the size and layout of the house and the property location in regards to all major attractions in Central Florida! The place was immaculate and well-stocked! The rooms were very comfortable and big - the many bathrooms were so nice. Next door is a gator attraction with a pub and gift shop - highly highly recommend - especially the boat tours!! We would DEFINITELY stay here……

“We loved this property. Clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were particularly gorgeous and the backyard is super dreamy. The water views were stunning through the front windows and we loved the big tables where everyone could sit. Pool area was lovely as well and very clean. No complaints!”

“The place was very clean, decorated like a nice hotel. It is well water so there's a slight smell to the water, but nothing bad. Suggest bringing drinking water. Note: The piano is non-functional (big disappointment to us as we book for the pianos). No grill either, just note that. No TV's in rooms. Each room has it's own bathroom. Overall very nice place.”

“I stayed for 8 nights. If you have a big suitcase, be forewarned that getting it up the circular staircase is probably not a good idea. I recommend bringing it upstairs via the outdoor deck stairs.There were several things broken that the host was very responsive and fixed immediately.It was a good space and felt like a safe area for an older gal like me. “This was a great place for us. We were able to bring our dog and enjoyed lots of shady trails to walk him. The pool was clean and quiet. The beach access was easy. The unit was well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking. The only problem was the guest bathroom which clogged easily. Fortunately there was a plunger to clear it with. We also had some misunderstanding about the WiFi connection code as it was misspelled in the text we received and the check out time was told as 11:00 and 10:00.……

“The location was perfect. Super clean house - we totally appreciated the little extras. Comfy beds, perfect amount of space for our family. I spent quite a bit of time in the house as I worked from home some while we were there. Quiet neighborhood, very appreciative of how quickly the owner was to respond to any questions. “My daughter and I stayed here while attending my daughter’s cheer competition at Disney world, D1 summit. While it was an about 40 mins away to get to the parks the drive wasn’t terrible. The tiny home was perfect for the two of us. It was definitely as described “tiny” but actually had more than enough storage and room for both of us, and we come with a lot of stuff.
