There are really two master suites. One is towards the back. It has a king bed and en suite bathroom. There is a small fridge and microwave. There's access to a private patio (non-ocean facing). The other master has 2Q and has a sitting area. Sliding doors open to the ocean. It has a large bathroom with tub and a shower.……

“We were two families with 3 kids between 8-11 years old and had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The place is huge and equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The terrace is relaxing and gave us amazing views and sounds of the ocean. We all lived in luxury during our stay. And it was such a plus to have two parking spaces in the garage. “We were lucky as in Sept we snuck a peek at the empty house on a family visit to the area. We have 9 family in Carlsbad-O'Side.The Beach house is just as listed, and the past 2024-25 reviews are very accurate. We found almost nothing wrong at all with the house. Some doors are hard to open and close to the patio, but we fought through it. Beds and towels are fantastic. Furniture was great and decor was very nice, and everything was very clean. “We selected this lovely home for a trip to visit family in the area. There was ample space for my elderly parents, my sister and brother-in-law and my husband, me and our two children (9 and 12). The layout of the property, both inside and out, is concise but also spacious and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary gear. “Overall, everything was good. The house is lacking a few essential items (like oven mits and cleaning spray to wipe down counters) but it worked great for our large group. Location was more remote than expected, but it was absolutely beautiful. Ran into a few minor issues during our stay but always received a timely response from the property manager in a professional manner.”

“This property is absolutely gorgeous and is located in a great area. Grocery stores in each direction, eateries and easy access to the highway. It was located just a few minutes from my kids apartment. Must try Pam's Donuts and Frozen Yogart. They have the best apple fritters and donuts in Vista! I will return in December and plan to stay at the same location.”

“Overall this was a great place to stay! Rooms were clean and spacious, pool/ backyard area is big and provides plenty of space! I would say the one downside was the spa was having difficulties heating up, however Neda was open and available to get that problem solved. I would recommend another option to get the spa heated consistently (it takes about 2 hours for it to heat up at intervals of 4 hours) and we were only able to really use it our second night after waiting for the heating. “Very nice property, could use a few things for a big property, nicer dishes, pots pans and utensils. a larger grill and it could have been cleaner. Overall very nice!”

“3 couples got together for a weekend focused on hanging out and cooking. The house had great space for all of us, although only one bedroom is en-suite. The house was clean and adequately equipped for basic cooking needs and there is a good grocery and butcher nearby. We loved the wood fired pizza oven although it needs a new door latch and thermometer. With some refreshed shower heads (well water takes a toll) the bathrooms would be great. The property mgr was very responsive.”
