“I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. The other guest yelled to me and the hotel got their complaints and wrote me a long letter against me. They didn’t even ask about what’s going on. I felt uncomfortable. Also, there is no AC. “I was pleased with my stay and would stay again if I was on the second floor. The property kindly moved me, as the ground floor does have some noise issues and also with the rain, my colleague had water coming into her room. But on the second floor it was very nice. ”
