“We had a great week at Jonathon’s condo! A rough start when we locked ourselves out on accident, but Jonathon was immediately available, understanding and accommodating. Thank you!!! The condo was perfect for us-clean, perfect location & awesome neighbors..it was close to restaurants, the beach & a great neighborhood to walk after a good meal. Easy for day trips and exploring. We didnt realize we needed to bring linens/towels, but Jonathan directed us to a convenient Marshalls. It hurt to……

“We were so fortunate that this unit was available to us last minute as our resort reservation did not work out as planned. The unit is modern, roomy, clean, and well appointed, especially in the kitchen. The rental office was very accommodating. Our only criticism would be that for the price point and luxury of the unit, there should be a king size bed in the master bedroom and the mattresses could be of better quality. We’d also expect there to be quality linens in the unit provided by the……

“This is a fairly new condo. The location and view are outstanding. The condo was very clean! The condo bed could use a new mattress and pillows. There wasn't very much room for storing our clothes. Previous reviews commented that the kitchen needed more supplies. It's apparent that they have been working on getting more supplies for the kitchen. A bigger coffee pot would be better. There was an adequate supply of linens provided for the beds, bathroom, beach and kitchen. We slept on the pullout……

“The condo was just perfect. Check-in very easy as we arrived late. Condo was clean with all the kitchen things we needed. We ate breakfast every morning before we left for our day. Beach front a few yards from back door which is just what we wanted. You can even hear the waves from living room and bedrooms. Will definitely stay here again. ”

“This was the perfect location for us. It was mid cape and very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We spent one day visiting the National Seacoast, one day in Sandwich, one day in Martha’s Vineyard and one day in Nantucket so location was important. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Would highly recommend ”

“This condo is cute, well decorated, and has plenty of room. Its biggest plus is how close it is to the beach. However, it could have been cleaner. At first glance, everything was clean, but details were not taken care of. For example, under and around the Keurig, there was spilled coffee. The listing shows patio furniture, but there wasn't any out back. The window air conditioners were in the closets and we had to put them in ourselves and the screen for the slider out back is completely ripped.……

“My husband and I were very pleased with our entire stay. We had to change our plans last minute and the host was able to get us in within days of leaving. It was a short walk to the beach and I was in love with the sailing cow. Everything was close by and for my first cape experience it was amazing. Thank you for allowing us to have the best wedding anniversary ❤️ I will be back!!”
