“Wonderful stay. Wish we had an additional week! The “loft” views of Swan Pond, with the breezes filtering in, made even our simplest of meals an experience! Whether using the complementary watercraft on the Pond or sitting and reading (or napping) by the pond, the salt air relaxed the soul. Even a rainy day in that “loft” made one feel like a kid in a tree house. Laurence is a Primo host!! Five Star! So knowledgeable and friendly, not at all intrusive, but so helpful. Our elderly canine……

“This is a beautiful, clean, charming cottage right across from a nice beach. We were very happy overall with this choice. It worked very well for our family of 4. The negatives: When we arrived at midnight after flying to Boston from Colorado we were surprised to learn that there were no linens, no towels, no tissues or paper towels, and no toilet paper in the entire place (there was half a roll of toilet paper left from previous renters). The toilet requires a specialty TP because it’s old……

“Dirty, moldy, worn and very misrepresented. The pictures must has been taken in the 50’s when the cabin was new. We want our money back. It was my husbands last trip because of health. We tried to make it work but left early and really wished we had never unpacked . A horrible experience!”
