“The property is under construction and no restaurant available. That made ot hard to judge staff. But there was a young deaf woman who cleaned rooms. She was extremely helpful when I needed more towels. The front desk was not manned at all times so I was lucky to come across her. She went out of her way to help me though she was clearly busy. “We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing I’d say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. “The hotel gave us a very cozy and spacious room with modern interior on the top attaic. The receptionist was very hospitable who even offered to carry the heavy luggage for us. Even though they didn't include a parking lot, it was still quite easy to find a place to park because there were parking spaces along the road. What's more, the breakfast was just fantastic. “I booked an accessible twin room at Raven's Cliff, Motherwell for the weekend. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were great to sleep on, and the accessible toilet / shower was large and easy to use.
