"Checked in same time as friends did who got same room as us (king corner glass house). They got as ordered, we got middle room (much smaller). When confronting front desk was told same and got what I ordered and nothing was going to be done to resolve but I can speak to mgmt. Mgmt made it right immediately ..."

"This hotel is a good example of a business that does better than its surroundings. The area is tough, with cars broken-into around the area and garbage dumped into the streets. There are numerous warning signs to leave nothing valuable in your car. Better though, the hotel itself is well-stocked ..."
