“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Clean, comfy and convenient! This was our 2nd stay here! We love the location, the comfortable beds, and cleanliness of this hotel! Bfast is very good, with many options available and coffee is ready at 6:15am. Also like that ice cream is available ( for a cost) at the reception area!
