“it was a lovely hotel... everything was perfect till the AC was broken on the hottest day of the year. I know the owner try their best to fix it but still....I couldn't sleep in those days... and I was really disappoint that there was no any compensation on this accident....”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“Wonderful location in the heart of the Byward Market. Valet parking was efficient but expensive. Our room was clean and chic with a fantastic shower. Staff was friendly and accomodating. The rooftop top terrace/restaurant had spectacular views with excellent service staff. We had a fantastic stay! ”
