“The house was full of character with hardwood floors, beautiful woodwork throughout the house, and a large front porch. It was a very spacious, comfortable, & warm house.The backyard is filled with fun things to explore & entertain young children.”

“My husband and I met 5 other adults for the first time. The building was a little hard to find. But we did find it and access to it was smooth. It was very roomy and large. We all had enough room to spread out and talk. The bedrooms were great. The elevator was a huge bonus after walking all day. Contact with the owners was a big plus. They were quick to respond to messages. We will stay when we come back next year!”

“Kids 3-7 loved the playset. Enjoyed the firepit & complimentary s’mores & stix for marshmallows or hot dogs were a nice touch. We enjoyed the back porch firepit & grill as well. The kitchen is equipped for cooking to include kids plates, utensils. Nice high chair if needed. Convenient to shopping & downtown New Albany. It was perfect for 2 couples & 3 kids age 3, 5 & 7. Laura & Joseph were responsive any time I messaged them! If we ever come back to this area, we would rent their home again! ”

“The property was great. Clean and cozy. Lots of stuff for kids to do including a playground. The Bigfoot statue is awesome. Very close to the boat ramp. And communication with host was efficient and easy”

“The property was clean both inside and outside. Easy to get in and out with quick access to the interstate. Amenities were up to date and all utilities functioned properly. Some cleaning supplies were available. Towels and toiletries were provided. ”

“Wish it was longer perfect little getaway off the path but not out in the middle of no where a short distance to food and entertainment! Hpt tub and comfy beds was a plus! ”

“Loved the number of bedrooms, both upstairs (with kitchenette) and on the first floor, great options. Host very responsive to any questions providing great help when needed for 80+ year old Mom and sister on crutches. Would recommend this home to anyone! A little outside New Albany in Greenville, IN, but close to shops. Thanks to the hosts!”
