“Everyone loved the property and amenities. Was a hit with adults and difficult to please teens.”

“Attended 2024 Cooperstown Baseball tournament at the ALLSTAR VILLAGE fields. We were happy to get away from the fields as we wanted both to be 30 mins away from fields but also peace and beauty. This is a great spot for families attending the tournament, about 30 mins away and lots to entertain younger siblings. Host Rena was great with communication and flexible with our baseball schedule and additional guest/pet needs. We would stay here again and would recommend for families attending……

“My husband and I spent a long weekend here to get some fresh air and quiet time and it hit spot! The cabin was clean and cozy, we had excellent bird and deer watching out the windows, and the access to the trail made for a great long walk to Union Dale. Property was exactly as expected and the owners were responsive and helpful. Would stay again!”

“My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

The property had all of the amenities for a great stay that makes you feel just far enough from real life that you get a much needed break from daily life. The owners were very helpful and I was very happy with their care and keeping of the property in the middle of a wind and snow storm. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m going on a ski vacation to Elk Mountain.……
