“We had a wonderful time at the property. It is much more spacious than the pictures do it justice. The house was ls clean and well organized and K, the property owner was fantastic. Very responsive to questions and even came and plowed and salted while we were there due to the slow and ice storm we experienced. The property is about 25’ from Elk Mountain but the drive is easy and pretty. I would suggest AWD or FWD of going during the winter since many of the roads in that area are snow and ice……

“Everything was great for our stay. The listing was very accurate in terms of all of the amenities and exactly what everything looks like. The one thing that I would say is that the bottom room ceiling is very low so it really is only for children. There is not much around the property but if you go 5-7 minutes up the road there is a nice breakfast spot.”

“My family of 4 had a wonderful time staying at this farmhouse. The house was charming and comfortable. The kitchen had all we needed to cook family meals. The wildlife that can be viewed from the windows and front porch were amazing. The drive into Oneonta was about 20 minutes. I recommend downloading a map because GPS and 5G can be flacky in the mountains. The WiFi at the house kept all the kids devices streaming with no issues.
