“My stay was absolutely amazing. They have a hot tub on property overlooking the mountains it’s wonderful. It even started raining hard and was one of the most peaceful moments being out in nature overlooking the mountains being up high on one yourself. It’s very remote and private. Everything about this place was great. Host was very nice and attentive. Responded right away and gave me extra time to get my stuff together in the morning as I was behind. “My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!”

“24 hours prior to check in (4 pm), I messaged the host to ask how we check in. No response. We had no trouble locating the property, but once there, we could not get in. The door was locked. There was no key. There was a lock box, but no code was provided. There is no cell reception at the property. We left to message the host for more info. Eventually, the host responded by sending us the address. but no acknowledgement about how to enter the cabin. We returned to the property again around 9 pm……
