“Hotel is ran pretty well. It’s just that we reserve and booked the jacuzzi room in January, 6 months prior to our stay get a call from hotels.com on how our room was over booked and was no longer available a few hours before arrival and we got down graded. The problem was with this is we still had to pay the original amount on a lesser room. To me is what they call as an “advance-fee scam”. Which holiday inn blamed Expedia and Expedia blamed the hotel over posting. If they had given us a month……

“Staff”

“From arrival til departure was a very smooth experience had flight delay arrived at hotel around 10pm. Quick check in we were off 2 bed. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff running breakfast buffet was quick to keep everything filled. Would definitely recommend.”

“Great location to everything we wanted to do in Columbus…trip to Lindy’s, kemba live for concert and art show downtown.Beautifully decorated comfortable beds Nice parks in walking distance for our dog ”

“Great value. That’s gonna be THE reason for the rating. Value is excellent. But there are some things to know. First off, the area is solid but not without a little bit of sketchiness. Folks can be a little loud even later at night and a little awareness is needed. The bathroom is a bit cramped, particularly if you’re a bigger guy like myself, and the water pressure and heat can go on you quickly. The bed is FIRM. If that’s your preference, then awesome. Otherwise, it’s an adjustment.……
