“Good communication ”

“Very cozy property for our two night stay visiting Columbus. Adequately housed all nine of us (five adults, four children) with plenty of room to spare. Would gladly stay here again!”

“The property was clean and ready for guests. Off street parking was easy and close to the place. The place was on the edge of German Village and close to restaurants and a grocery store. The only complaint was the living room furniture- very uncomfortable couches. The furniture looked more like staging pieces than sitting pieces. We spent most of our time watching TV in our bedrooms. Well worth the cost!”

“Lovely little place to stay. Very cozy, comfy beds, and plenty of room to spread out. I came for a work trip, and this was the escape I needed. I travel to Columbus for work each week, and this has been hands down the best place I've stayed. Make sure to sign up for street parking with the host and change the thermostat when you arrive, as it is an old home and can take some time to cool down/warm up. ”

“Had an amazing stay, location was great, house exceeded all expectations ”

“Be very aware of staying here. House was fine, but they hit you for a “refundable” deposit hours before your stay and after numerous contacts with them, they have not refunded it 4 weeks later. Keep saying they will look into it. Very shady and had to deal with the credit card companies to get it back. Not worth the hassle when there are so many other places to stay.”
