“Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Shower will be a problem for a larger person because it’s an enclosed space. Casino had several games showing. Only issue that I had was that I had to wait over an hour to get a cheeseburger with fries. They gave me a pager/ buzzer for my food and I never received a page. Even the security near the place asked what was taking so long. All in all, I would definitely stay again. ”

“Rooms show some wear and tear. Window treatment would not raise. Wall hangers fornclothing had parts missing. Room was very clean. Bathroom had plenty linens and i loved the walk in shower.”

“What a pleasant surprise! Our car broke down nearby, and we had to unexpectedly spend the night in Dumas before our car could be serviced, so we booked this room at the last minute. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. Service was great, and the location was convenient. And thankfully, it was pet-friendly! It was a relaxing stay after a very stressful day. ”

“The property and room were very clean. The owner and staff are so personable and friendly. They really work hard to keep the property clean. This is located in a truly small town. “It was great! I came in town for a family funeral. This is my first visit to the town of Monticello that required a hotel stay. I was a little skeptical at first, but after staying at the Quality Inn, I'm no longer a skeptic. It was very clean and tidy. The refreshed my towels and some toiletries for me. It was like home away from home.”
