“Easy to find, super easy check in, heads up: lots of stairs at this property! This location is at the very north end of Main Street located directly across from a night club, directly above a bar with live music, and 1 block down from a popular honky tonk so it is very noisy at night until about 1 am when everything closes down BUT you are right in the middle of all of the nightlife entertainment. “The apartment was very nice and modern. Only complains i would have to give is the buckling floor in the kutchen but the owner communicated that its being fixed and the handle in the toliet would hang off everytime you flushed. That was one of the reasons we were staying there, location and the build your own ice cream sandwich shop. I reached out and she responded very quickly that they had closed. “The location was great. The newly renovated loss were modern and very well equipped and attention to detail was not spared. “Perfect place a for a quick visit! We were in STL for a concert at the Enterprise Center and would only be in town for the evening. The loft was immaculate. "Drury might not be a luxury hotel, but it is the most generous and responsible hotel I have ever stayed with. This hotel really complies its aim to create happy customers. In my view, they do it much better than those 4-star and 5-star hotels. Drury offers not only free hot breakfast, but also simple hot dinner (though they called it “snack”). Good coffee is provided at lobby all day. No resort fee. Over night parking is the only extra charge. The parking lot conveniently located to an attached building and is safe. The location is perfect and safe. It locates just next to the aquarium. Staff are friendly and very helpful and they do know how to comply the hotel’s policy (to create happy customers). Our AC in room was out of order at 5AM during hot summer. We were waken up by the heat. We called the front desk, but at that time, they can only sent a big fan up to the room for us, as the maintenance staff would only be available at 8:00. When we checked out, the front desk knew our experience, and told us that they would return what we had paid. They returned the room and parking charges, as well as the deposit right after we checked out. We were impressed with how the hotel's frontline staff handled this issue. We will definitely choose to stay with Drury Hotels. This is the most generous and responsible hotel we ever experienced. They truly care about their customers."
