“This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. The deposit and deposit return was a little frustrating but they were extremely helpful through whatsapp. I was able to use my credit card and I was promptly refunded the next day after checking out. “入住時店家表示沒跟hotel.com合作 給了預約號也查不到 打電話給hotel.com詢問才知道居然又轉給第三方的expedia去預定房 所以才完全查不到預約號 原先預定就是連續住3天 沒想到店家表示因為他們的失誤，所以我們必須住一天A房隔兩天在換到B房去住，完全在麻煩旅客，最後還要我們補房價才能連續住同樣的A房 第二天住房房間甚至出現超大隻蟑螂 早上請房務打掃，晚上回房，蟑螂屍體完全還在 衛生紙上又還了另一隻蟑螂 打電話請房務人員來打掃 櫃台人員只拎了一條抹布不情願地將蟑螂抹起 就走了 完全黑人問號”
