“From the moment we walked in, we were in awe. This house is so welcoming and inviting. Beautiful art and aesthetics drew us in while offering such a cozy place to call “home” for the weekend. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood , to Magazine street, and even got a longer walk to Audubon Park. We highly recommend this home! The hosts were wonderful communicators, and I truly felt they wanted me to feel at home. What a wonderful trip and stay; we will be back!”

Everything about our stay in this property was great, from the communication with the owners to the amenities in the unit--e.g., really appreciated plenty of closet space, place for luggage, ironing board and full kitchen (with coffee, tea, several staples & ice in fridge!) though we ate out most meals. “This was a beautiful home. Close to everything we were attending for the weekend. Checkin and Checkout very easy. ”

“The caption for this property describes it perfectly. It was so quaint and relaxing! The cottage was tastefully decorated and clean. Our hosts were excellent, making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. The refrigerator was stocked with breakfast and drink items. We felt this was so thoughtful and generous of our hosts. We parked in our own spot in the driveway. Neighborhood was very nice. It was a wonderful stay!”

We were in town to celebrate my Uncle's 90th birthday and this allowed us to be "nearby" to him and to downtown and to all we needed for the long weekend. The hosts were excellent with communication and attention to questions. The house was wonderful. We missed a very few small things (a toaster and working can opener) but made do. "The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
