“Great house”

“We have stayed in several VRBO properties and this was the best yet! Perfect location, hosts, and cottage! It's everything and more than what is described. Will certainly stay here again if we come back to NOLA!”

“The heat in the home was off when we arrived late on a very cold (34 Fahrenheit) night, the space heaters provided were insufficient and slow to bring the temperature up. The instructions list loading the dishwasher, but we never found one. They also list the place as sleeping 6 (and do have 3 large beds), but only provided 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, and one bath mat. No kitchen towels or sponges were available, so we had to run out for laundry supplies just to shower and bathe the……

“Great space! WiFi didn’t work. Texted host for info and it was slow communication. Smoke alarm battery was chirping and we had to remove it. They did let us check out late which was amazing because it was in the middle of a down pour. ”

“The place was extremely well appointed. The dishes, linens and decor was all top-of-the-line. In fact, I have to say I have never stayed anywhere that had a diffuser on the blow dryer in the bathroom and I always need one for my curly hair so thank you for that extra thoughtfulness! They left us small things like coffee pods, laundry soap and even plastic bags and half-and-half. It was very well stocked and super clean! “This house is beautiful inside. Very comfortable king size beds. Lots of space. The neighborhood looks like it might be rough but it is not actually. It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Some small areas for improvement though. There were four of us and three dining room chairs. There is one small sofa in the living room, not enough for all of us to sit. More seating in the front room would be great. The bathrooms were nice, except the hall bath toilet wobbles when you sit. Overall, I can……

“This property worked perfectly for our family. We were in town to celebrate my Uncle's 90th birthday and this allowed us to be "nearby" to him and to downtown and to all we needed for the long weekend. The hosts were excellent with communication and attention to questions. The house was wonderful. We missed a very few small things (a toaster and working can opener) but made do. Very safe, and quite too (for a city house). Loved having enough bedrooms and bathrooms and room to spread out. The……
