“We recently stayed here for JazzFest and picked it because of the proximity to the Sheraton Shuttle Stop. We were SO impressed. The unit was spotless and impeccably appointed with obvious attention to detail. (The pans and utensils were high quality, the towels thick and fluffy, and just beautifully decorated.) We checked out the P3 Bar/Restaurant next door and were delighted to have super friendly bartenders with probably one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. The communication on……

“Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!”

“If you want just the basic this is definitely the place. For the most part the owner was responsive but not really welcoming before check in. There was 4 people staying and they provided 4 towels 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels and when asked they confirmed in their messages they only provide the “basics”. Maybe my definition is different? I have stayed in VRBO over the years and normally host are welcoming and helpful. The couch was clean but definitely not comfortable. It was……

“Location cannot be beat. 1 mile from Tulane campus. And more restaurants within a three block radius than you could possibly visit during your stay. Also, really convenient to be across the street from a grocery store. The house has a very cute backyard. A sweet front porch. A nice kitchen with minimal but useful supplies. The beds were comfortable. It is a true shotgun layout so the bedrooms connect to each other. This was not a problem for us. My two negatives were one, the couch in the living……

“Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. ”
