It felt a little like a basement as the listing makes it seem like you are staying in the upstairs home but there was only one window but there was still enough natural light! It was great for our few nights and would definitely stay again!”

The home was clean and well stocked for our needs.I believe it would definitely be possible to walk to Jazz fest if you were able to walk 1 mile without difficulty.There is a Whole Foods market a few blocks from the place that we walked to and got breakfast supplies. Several well know restaurants nearby, Gabriell’s(get reservations,and very close,walk) crescent city steakhouse ( not our favorite, but I believe it is well known) Parking was main problem. “The property was great. Great neighborhood. The courtyard was beautiful. Owner was very cordial and receptive. The price for the week was excellent. I highly recommend this property. ”

“This stay is in a great location however there are some inaccuracies with the quality of the furniture/appliances as listed. The garage door does not work electrically as stated in the description. The pullout couch bed is broken and unusable - when mentioned to the host on night 1 of our stay we never got a response. The provided wifi is also very slow.also be aware you may run out of hot water depending on the size of your group and timing with showers, water use, etc.”

“This was a modern apartment, with all amenities included. The washer/dryer was very helpful! A group of us stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center for a week. It was only a pleasant 0.8 mile walk to the convention center. If we wanted to visit the French quarter, we could take the Charles Ave trolley, which was one block away. The only complaint was that we could hear people walking around in the apartment above us. That was a little annoying late at night or……
