“Absolutely beautiful place to stay. All of the employees go over the top to make sure you have a great time. We came back to our room late last night and the lady at the front desk walked us around to show us the area and take us to an area that we asked her about that we've not been to. The only small downfall is it is noisy if you're on the street side. We will definitely stay there again. We frequent New Orleans about once a year”

Bourbon Street (not so much- unless you're one of the young, obnoxious drunks), I would say this hotel would be a gem if the rooms were updated. a little paint and caulk would go a long way. “We had a premium king room and I loved that it was on the street with a “balcony” window to open up to watch the parade. We have been to New Orleans over a dozen times since 2018 and have stayed at multiple hotels throughout the city. We always enjoy being in the quarter during carnival and the Inn on Ursuline will be added to the top of our list. You can’t beat the price for a room this nice in this location. “The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”
